ভূপৃষ্ঠের পরিবর্তনের প্রক্রিয়াঃ

যে সকল ভৌত ও রাসায়নিক প্রক্রিয়া ভূ-পৃষ্ঠের রূপকে পরিবর্তন করে তাদেরকে ভূমিরূপ প্রক্রিয়া বলে। ভূমিরূপ প্রক্রিয়াকে প্রধান দুটি শ্রেণীতে ভাগ করা যেতে পারে। যেমন-বহিস্থ ভূমিরূপ প্রক্রিয়ায় ভূ-পৃষ্ঠের বাইরের পরিবর্তনকারী শক্তি কাজ করে ও অন্তঃজ প্রক্রিয়ায় শক্তির উদ্ভব ঘটে ভূঅভ্যন্তরে।

সামগ্রিক ভাবে অন্তঃজ প্রক্রিয়ার কাজ গঠনমূলক ও বহিজ প্রক্রিয়ার কাজ বিনাশমূলক। বহিজ প্রক্রিয়া ভূপৃষ্ঠের প্রাকৃতিক শক্তির দ্বারা ধীরে ধীরে ভূমিরূপের পরিবর্তন সাধন করে। অন্তঃজ প্রক্রিয়া ভূ-ভাগের অভ্যন্তরে সংঘটিত হয়। ভূ-অভ্যন্তরের প্রবল শক্তি ভূ-ত্বকের ধীরে ও আকস্মিক উভয় প্রকার পরিবর্তন সাধন করে। 

আগ্নেয়গিরি অগ্ন্যুৎপাত, ভূমিকম্প পৃথিবীর ভূপৃষ্ঠের হঠাৎ যে পরিবর্তন সাধন করে তাকে আকস্মিক পরিবর্তন বলে। বহির্বিশ্ব থেকে আগত উল্কাপাতের মাধ্যমে ভূ-পৃষ্ঠের পরিবর্তন সাধনকেই অপার্থিব প্রক্রিয়া বলে।

ভূপৃষ্ঠ সর্বদাই পরিবর্তনশীল। যে সমস্ত ভৌত ও রাসায়নিক প্রক্রিয়া ভূ-পৃষ্ঠের ভূমিরূপে সদা পরিবর্তন হয়ে তাদের ভূরূপ প্রক্রিয়া বলে। ভূমিরূপ প্রক্রিয়াকে প্রধান দুটো শ্রেণীতে ভাগ করা যেতে পারে।

(ক) আকস্মিক (Sudden) ও 

(খ) ধীর (Slow) এই দুইভাবে ঘটে থাকে।

যেমন: আলােড়ন, অগ্নৎপাত, ভূমিকম্প ইত্যাদি শক্তিগুলাে ভূপৃষ্ঠ ও অভ্যন্তর ভাগে আকস্মিক পরিবর্তন ঘটায়।

আবার তাপমাত্রা, বায়ুপ্রবাহ, বৃষ্টিপাত, তুষার ইত্যাদি বাহ্যিক প্রাকৃতিক শক্তিও মানব সৃষ্ট কারণে ভূপৃষ্ঠে ধীরে ধীরে ব্যাপক পরিবর্তন ঘটে। যেমন: শিলাতে ফাটল, কঙ্কল মােচন ইত্যাদি। প্রাকৃতিক শক্তি দ্বারা ভূমিরূপের এই পরিবর্তন ভূপৃষ্ঠে ও এর অভ্যন্তরে সংঘটিত হয়ে থাকে। যে প্রক্রিয়ায় এইরূপ পরিবর্তন ঘটে, তাদের দুইভাগে ভাগ করা যায়। যেমন___

১)বহিঃস্থ ভূরূপ প্রক্রিয়া (Exogenetic Process)

২)অন্তঃস্থ ভূরূপ প্রক্রিয়া (Endogenetic Process)

ভূপৃষ্ঠের আকস্মিক পরিবর্তনের কারনঃ

আকষ্মিক পরিবর্তন প্রক্রিয়াসমূহ: ভূ-গর্ভস্থ গলিত ম্যাগমাসমূহ ভূ-গর্ভে তাপ ও চাপের তারতম্য এবং অন্যান্য ভূমিরূপ গঠনকারী শক্তির প্রভাবে প্রচন্ড আলােড়িত হয়।

এইরূপ আকস্মিক আলােড়নের ফলে আগ্নেয়গিরির অগ্ন্যুৎপাত, ভূ-কম্পন, ভূ-অভ্যন্তরে সংকোচন ও প্রসারণ ইত্যাদি নানা ধরনের পরিবর্তন ঘটে। ফলে অত্যন্ত আকস্মিকভাবে, স্বল্প সময়ের জন্য, অপেক্ষাকৃত স্বল্প বিস্তৃত স্থান জুড়ে যে ব্যাপক পরিবর্তন সাধিত হয়, তাকে আকস্মিক পরিবর্তন প্রক্রিয়া বলা হয়।

অগ্ন্যুৎপাত, ভূমিকম্প, সুনামি ইত্যাদি আকস্মিক পরিবর্তনকারী প্রক্রিয়া। ভূ-আলােড়নের সময়ে অথবা অন্য কোন প্রাকৃতিক কারণে ভূ-পৃষ্ঠের একটি অংশ যখন হঠাৎ কিছুক্ষণের জন্য কেঁপে উঠে, তখন ভূ-ত্বকের এই কম্পনকে ভূমিকম্প বলা হয়। 

ভূ-গর্ভস্থ যে স্থানে এই কম্পনের সৃষ্টি হয়, তাকে ভূমিকম্পের উৎস স্থল বা কম্পকেন্দ্র বলা হয়। কম্পকেন্দ্র বরাবর লম্বভাবে ভূপৃষ্ঠের যে বিন্দুটি রয়েছে,তাকে উপকেন্দ্র বলা হয়। সাধারণত ভূ-ত্বকের ৩২ কি.মি. এর মধ্যে ভূমিকম্পের উৎস স্থান থাকলেও কোনাে কোনাে ক্ষেত্রে গভীরতা আরও বেশি হতে পারে।

কম্পকেন্দ্র থেকে ভূমিকম্প চারিদিকে ঢেউএর মত ছড়িয়ে পড়ে ভূমিকম্পের কারণসমূহঃ

১. ভূ-ত্বক কতকগুলাে প্লেট দ্বারা গঠিত। এই প্লেটসমূহ বিভিন্ন দিকে যেমন: একে অপরের বিপরীত দিকে, একে অপরের অভিমুখে এবং পরস্পর সমান্তরালভাবে সঞ্চালিত হয়। এইরূপ সঞ্চালনের ফলে সৃষ্ট চাপ থেকে আকস্মিকভাবে প্রচন্ড কম্পন সৃষ্টি হয়। ভূ-পৃষ্ঠে এই কম্পন ভূমিকম্পের সৃষ্টি করে ।

২. ভূ-গর্ভস্থ তাপের ফলে বিপুল পরিমাণ বাষ্প সৃষ্টি হলে, ঐ বাষ্প ভূত্বকের নিচের অংশে প্রবল বেগে ধাক্কা দেয়। ফলে ভূ-পৃষ্ঠে ভূমিকম্পের সৃষ্টি হয়।

৩. ভূ-ত্বকের বিভিন্ন অংশে তাপ বিকিরণের ফলে সংকুচিত হলে সংলগ্ন এলাকার ভূ-ত্বকের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রাখতে ভূ-অভ্যন্তরে বিভিন্ন শিলারাশির মধ্যে টান সৃষ্টির হয়। ফলে ভূমিকম্প সংঘটিত হয়।

৪. অনেক ক্ষেত্রে আগ্নেগিরির অগ্ন্যুৎপাতের সময়ে ঐ এলাকা কেঁপে উঠে ভূমিকম্প হয়। অন্যান্য আরও কতিপয় কারণ যেমন: ভূ-গর্ভস্থ চাপের হ্রাস-বৃদ্ধি, শিলাচ্যুতি, ভূমিধ্বস, হিমবাহের চলাচল ইত্যাদি কারণে ভূমিকম্প সংঘটিত হতে পারে।

আগ্নেয়গিরির সংজ্ঞাঃ

ভূ-গর্ভস্থ তাপ ও চাপের পরিবর্তনের ফলে ভূ-অভ্যন্তরস্থ উত্তপ্ত, ও গলিত বিভিন্ন পদার্থ, যেমন: উষ্ণ বাষ্প, গলিত শিলা, কাঁদা, ধাতু, ভষ্ম ইত্যাদি প্রবলবেগে ভূ-ত্বকের নিচের অংশে চাপ প্রয়ােগ করে। 

এমতাবস্থায়, ভূ-ত্বকের দুর্বল স্থান বা ফাটলসমূহের ভিতর দিয়ে উক্ত পদার্থগুলাে উৎক্ষিপ্ত হয়ে বহু দুর পর্যন্ত ছড়িয়ে পড়ে। ভূ-পৃষ্ঠের ঐ ছিদ্র পথ বা ফাটলের চারপাশে উক্ত পদার্থগুলাে জমাট বেঁধে ক্রমশ উঁচু পর্বতের ন্যায় ভূমিরূপ গঠন করে। এইরূপ পর্বতকে আগ্নেয়গিরি বলা হয়। আগ্নেয়গিরি থেকে যে পদার্থগুলাে বাইরে উৎক্ষিপ্ত হয়ে বেরিয়ে আসে,তাকে লাভা (Lava) বলে।

বাইরে উৎক্ষিপ্ত হয়ে বেরিয়ে আসার পূর্ব পর্যন্ত এই পদার্থগুলাে ম্যাগমা (Magma) নামে পরিচিত। আগ্নেয়গিরির অভ্যন্তরে বিশাল এলাকা জুড়ে ম্যাগমা অর্থাৎ উত্তপ্ত ও গলিত শিলা, কাদা, ভষ্ম ও বাষ্প জমাকৃত হয়ে থাকে, যাকে ম্যাগমা চেম্বার বলা হয়। লাভা বের হবার মুখটিকে জ্বালামুখ (Crater) বলা হয়। যে পথে লাভা বের হয় সেটিকে আগ্নেয় গ্রীবা (Vent) বলা হয় অগ্ন্যুৎপাতের কারণ।

যে সমস্ত কারণে আগ্নেয়গিরি থেকে অগ্ন্যুৎপাত ঘটে, সেগুলাে নিম্নরূপ___

১. ভূ-ত্বক ফাটলের অবস্থান;

২. ভূ-অভ্যন্তরস্থ তাপ ও চাপ বৃদ্ধি;

৩. ভূ-গর্ভে তরল শিলার (ম্যাগমা) অবস্থান;

৪. ভূ-আন্দোলন ও

৫. ভূ-অভ্যন্তরে পানির প্রবেশ।

পৃথিবীর প্রধান ভূমিরূপের বৈশিষ্ট্যঃ

ভূমিরূপ বা ল্যান্ড ফর্ম কে আক্ষরিক অর্থে ভূমির গঠনগত আকৃতিকে বলা হলেও ব্যাপক অর্থে সমগ্র পৃথিবী ব্যাপী অবস্থানরত বিভিন্ন ধরনের ভূমি ভাগের আকৃতি, উচ্চতা, বন্ধুরতা, ঢাল, প্রভৃতি অবয়ব ভূমিরূপ নামে পরিচিত।

প্রসঙ্গত অগ্ন্যুৎপাত ভূমিকম্প সূর্যরশ্মি নদ-নদী সমুদ্রস্রোত বাযু হিমবাহ ভূমিরূপ সৃষ্টিতে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা গ্রহণ করে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ পাহাড়-পর্বত, মালভূমি,সমভূমি। ভূমিরূপকে তিন ভাগে ভাগ করা হয়েছে যথা পর্বত বা মাউন্টেইন, মালভূমি ও সমভূমি।

এই প্রত্যেকটি ভূমিরূপ কে আবার অনেক ভাগে ভাগ করা হয়েছে। সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে ১০০০ মিটার বা তারও বেশি উচ্চতাবিশিষ্ট বহুদূর বিস্তৃত শৃঙ্গযুক্ত খাড়া ঢালের শিলাময় স্তুপ পর্বত বা মাউন্টেন নামে পরিচিত।

যেমন হিমালয় সাতপুরা ভিসুভিয়াস আরাবল্লী, এই চারটি পর্বত হল পর্বতের বিভিন্ন ভাগের উদাহরণ। পর্বত কে চারটি ভাগে ভাগ করা হয়েছে যথাঃ ভঙ্গিল পর্বত, স্তুপ পর্বত, আগ্নেয় পর্বত, ক্ষয়জাত পর্বত।

ভঙ্গিল পর্বতঃ ভূপৃষ্ঠের কোমল পাললিক শিলা স্তর গিরিজনি প্রক্রিয়ায় পার্শ্ব চাপে ভাজপ্রাপ্ত হয়ে যে পর্বত সৃষ্টি করে তাকে ভঙ্গিল পর্বত বলে। যেমন হিমালয়, আল্পস, রকি, আন্দিজ, ইত্যাদি।

আগ্নেয় পর্বতঃ প্রবল ভূ আলােড়ন এর ফলে ভূ-অভ্যন্তরের উত্তপ্ত তরল ও বিভিন্ন গ্যাস যুক্ত ম্যাগমা ভূপৃষ্ঠের কোন দুর্বল স্থান কিংবা ফাটল দিয়ে লাভা রূপে নির্গত হয়ে শঙ্কু বাস্তবে নয় যে পর্বত সৃষ্টি করে, তাকে আগ্নেয় পর্বত বলে।

প্রসঙ্গত, লাভা সঞ্চয় এর মাধ্যমে আগ্নেয় পর্বত গঠিত হয় বলে, একে সঞ্চয়জাত পর্বত ও বলে। যেমন ভারতের আন্দামান সংলগ্ন ব্যারেন, জাপানের ফুজিয়ামা, ইতালির ভিসুভিয়াস, প্রভৃতি।

আগ্নেয় পর্বতের সৃষ্টি প্রক্রিয়াঃ প্রবল ভূ-আলােড়ন, পাতের সঞ্চালন কিংবা ভূমিকম্পের দ্বারা ভূগর্ভের ৮০১৬০ কি.মি. গভীরতায় থাকা উত্তপ্ত তরল ও গ্যাসীয় বাষ্প যুক্ত ম্যাগমার চাপের ভারসাম্য নষ্ট হলে সেটি দ্রুত স্থিতিস্থাপকতা হারিয়ে ফেলে।

তখন সেই মেঘনা ভূগর্ভের একটি নির্দিষ্ট পথ ধরে ভূপৃষ্ঠস্থ দুর্বল স্থান কিংবা ফাটলের মধ্যে দিয়ে ধীর গতিতে কিংবা বিস্ফোরণের দ্বারা ছাই ভস্ম কিংবা ছােট ছােট আগ্নেয় পদার্থের টুকরাের সমন্বয় এ ভূপৃষ্ঠের বাইরে সঞ্চিত হয়ে আগ্নেয় পর্বত সৃষ্টি করে।

সমুদ্র সমতল থেকে ৩০০ মিটার বা আরাে কিছুটা উর্ধ্বে অবস্থিত খাড়া ঢাল যুক্ত সুবিস্তৃত তরঙ্গায়িত বা সামান্য বন্ধুর ভূভাগ মালভূমি নামে পরিচিত। প্রসঙ্গত আকৃতিগত ভাবে মালভূমি অনেকটা টেবিলের ন্যায় দেখতে হওয়ায় একে টেবিল ল্যান্ড বলে।

যেমন ভারতের দাক্ষিণাত্য ও ছােটনাগপুর মালভূমি, তিব্বতের পামির মালভূমি ইত্যাদি। মালভূমি সৃষ্টির কারণঃ মালভূমি সৃষ্টি হওয়ার পেছনে সাধারণত তিনটি কারণ দায়ী। এগুলি হলাে

১) ভূ আলােড়ন ও পাত সঞ্চরণঃ পাত সঞ্চরণ ও তত্ত্বানুসারে পাত গুলির চলন এর ফলে পৃথিবী পৃষ্ঠের প্রাচীন ভূখণ্ড থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে মহাদেশীয় বা শিল্ড মালভূমির গঠন করে। যেমন আরব মালভূমি, কানাডিয়ান শিল্ড প্রভৃতি। পাত সঞ্চারণের ফলে ভঙ্গিল পর্বত সৃষ্টির সময় পর্বতের মাঝের নিচু ও সমতল ভূমি উঁচু হয়ে মালভূমি সৃষ্টি হয়। এগুলি পর্বত দ্বারা বেষ্টিত।

যেমন তিব্বত মালভূমি, ইরানের মালভূমি প্রভৃতি। অনেক সময় ভূ-আলােড়ন এর ফলে ভূপৃষ্ঠের বিস্তৃত সুউচ্চ ভূভাগ একদিকে হেলে পড়ে ও মালভূমিতে পরিণত হয়। যেমন ভারতের উপদ্বীপীয় মালভূমি। ভূ আলােড়ন এর ফলে সৃষ্ট চ্যুতির পাশের কোন অংশ অনেক সময় উথিত হয়ে মালভূমি তে পরিণত হয় ।যেমন ফ্রান্সের সেন্ট্রাল ম্যাসিফ মালভূমি।

২) ক্ষয় সাধনঃ নদী, বাষু হিমবাহ, সমুদ্র তরঙ্গ, আবহবিকার প্রভৃতি প্রাকৃতিক শক্তি দ্বারা কোন উচ্চভূমি বা পর্বতমালা ক্ষয়প্রাপ্ত হয় মালভূমির আকার ধারণ করে। যেমন মধ্য ভারতের বুন্দেলখন্ড ও বাঘেলখন্ড মালভূমি।

৩) সঞ্চয় কাজঃ নিঃসারী অগ্ন্যুৎপাতের ফলে ভূগর্ভস্থ ম্যাগমা ভূপৃষ্ঠের বাইরে এসে লাভা রূপে সঞ্চিত হয়ে মালভূমি তে পরিণত হয়। যেমন ভারতের দাক্ষিণাত্য মালভূমি বা ডেকানট্রাপ। *শুষ্ক অঞ্চলে বালুরাশি জমা হয়ে মালভূমি সৃষ্টি হয়। যেমন আফ্রিকার সাহারা মালভূমি। *অতি শীতল অঞ্চলে বরফ জমে উঁচু হয়ে মালভূমি সৃষ্টি করে। যেমন আন্টাটিকা মালভূমি ও গ্রীনল্যান্ড মালভূমি।

সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠের একই সমতলে বা সামান্য উঁচুতে, তবে ৩০০ মিটারের কম উঁচুতে অবস্থিত প্রায় সমতল সমতল বিস্তীর্ণ স্থলভাগকে সমভূমি বলে। যেমন ভারতের গঙ্গা নদী বিধৌত সমভূমি অঞ্চল, রাশিয়ার সাইবেরিয়ান সমভূমি।

১) পলি গঠিত সমভূমিঃ বন্যার সময় নদীর মধ্য ও নিম্নগতিতে নদীর উভয় পার্শ্বে পলি বালি কাঁকর ইত্যাদি সঞ্চিত হয়ে যে সমভূমি গঠন করে তাকে পলি গঠিত সমভূমি বলে। বর্ষাকালে নদীর দু’কূল ছাপিয়ে বন্যার সৃষ্টি হলে বন্যার জলের সঙ্গে বাহিত পলি, বালি, নুড়ি কাঁকর, কাঁদা উভয় তীরের নিম্নভূমিতে সঞ্চিত হয়।

বছরের পর বছর এইভাবে পলি সঞ্চিত হয়ে নিচু জায়গা ভরাট হয়ে উচ্চতা বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে সমভূমি তে পরিণত হয়। যেমন গাঙ্গেয় সমভূমি, ব্রহ্মপুত্র সমভূমি প্রভৃতি।

২) লােয়েস সমভূমিঃ মরুভূমির বালি বায়ুপ্রবাহের দ্বারা বহুদূর উঠে গিয়ে সঞ্চিত হয়ে যে সমভূমি সৃষ্টি হয় তাকে লােয়েস সমভূমি বলে। লােয়েস শব্দের অর্থ সূক্ষ্ম পলি বা স্থানচ্যুত বস্তুকণা। সাধারণত ০.০৫ মিলিমিটারের কম ব্যাস যুক্ত বালিকণা সহজেই প্রবল বায়ু প্রবাহের সঙ্গে বাহিত হয়।

এই বাযুর গতি কমে গেলে বা বাযু বৃষ্টিপাতের সম্মুখীন হলে বাযুস্থিত বালিকণা অবক্ষিপ্ত হয় এবং লােয়েস সমভূমি গড়ে ওঠে। যেমন মধ্য এশিয়ার গােবি মরুভূমি বালি উড়ে গিয়ে চীনের হােয়াংহাে নদী অববাহিকায় সঞ্চিত হয় লােয়েস সমভূমি গড়ে উঠেছে।

৩) লাভা সমভূমিঃ ভূপৃষ্ঠের কোন নিম্ন অংশে ক্রমাগত লাভা সঞ্চিত হয়ে যে সমতল ভূমির সৃষ্টি হয় তাকে লাভা সমভূমি বলে। ভূত্বকের কোন দুর্বল অংশ বা ফাটল দিয়ে ভূগর্ভের উত্তপ্ত ম্যাগমা ভূপৃষ্ঠের বাইরে বেরিয়ে এসে লাভা রূপে শীতল ও কঠিন হয়ে সঞ্চিত হয়। এইভাবে ক্রমাগত লাভা সঞ্চয়ের ফলে লাভা সমভূমি গড়ে উঠেছে। যেমন ভারতের দাক্ষিণাত্য মালভূমির উত্তরে মালব সমভূমি।

৪) বদ্বীপ সমভূমিঃ নদীর মােহনায় অতিরিক্ত পলি সঞ্চিত হয় মাত্রাহীন ব আকৃতির সমভূমি গড়ে ওঠে। যেমন গঙ্গা নদীর মােহনায় সৃষ্ট বদ্বীপ সমভূমি।

ভূপৃষ্ঠ সর্বদা পরিবর্তনশীল। নানাপ্রকার ভূপ্রক্রিয়া ভূপৃষ্ঠের পরিবর্তন সাধন করে। যে সমস্ত কার্যাবলির কারণে প্রাকৃতিকভাবে ভূমিরূপের পরিবর্তন সাধিত হয় তা ভূপ্রক্রিয়া। যেমন- নদী অবক্ষেপণের মাধ্যমে প্লাবন ভূমি গড়ে তুলছে। এখানে নদী অবক্ষেপণ একটি প্রক্রিয়া। ভূপ্রক্রিয়া তার কার্য সাধনের জন্য নানাপ্রকার প্রাকৃতিক শক্তির সাহায্য নেয়। যেমন- মাধ্যাকর্ষণ, ভূতাপীয় শক্তি এবং সৌরশক্তি। এ সমস্ত শক্তির সাহায্যে ভূপ্রক্রিয়া ভূপৃষ্ঠের কোথাও ধীরে ধীরে পরিবর্তন আনে, আবার কখনো কখনো খুব দ্রুত পরিবর্তন সাধন করে। সাধারণভাবে বহিঃশক্তির (যেমন- সৌরশক্তি) সঙ্গে জড়িত ভূপ্রক্রিয়া ভূপৃষ্ঠে ধীর পরিবর্তন আনে। সুদীর্ঘ সময় ধরে ভূপৃষ্ঠে এই পরিবর্তন চলে বিধায় একে ধীর পরিবর্তন বলে। ধীর পরিবর্তন সাধারণত দুটি প্রক্রিয়ায় সম্পন্ন হয়। যেমন- নগ্নীভবন ও অবক্ষেপণ। অপরদিকে অন্তঃশক্তির (যেমনভূমিকম্প) সঙ্গে জড়িত ভূপ্রক্রিয়ায় ভূপৃষ্ঠে দুত পরিবর্তন সাধিত হয়। নিচে ভূত্বকের পরিবর্তন সাধনকারী ভূপ্রক্রিয়াসমূহের একটি ছক দেওয়া হলো।

ধীর পরিবর্তন :

ধীর পরিবর্তন হলো আকস্মিক পরিবর্তনের একেবারেই বিপরীত অবস্থা। অনেকগুলো প্রাকৃতিক শক্তি যেমন- সূর্যতাপ, বায়ুপ্রবাহ, বৃষ্টিপাত, নদী, হিমবাহ প্রভৃতি দ্বারা যে পরিবর্তন ধীরে ধীরে সংঘটিত হয় তাকে ধীর পরিবর্তন বলে। এই ধীর পরিবর্তন বিশাল এলাকা জুড়ে হয়ে থাকে।

আকস্মিক পরিবর্তন :.

পৃথিবীর অভ্যন্তরভাগ এখনও উত্তপ্ত ও গলিত অবস্থায় রয়েছে। এসব উত্তপ্ত বস্তুর মধ্যে তাপ ও চাপের পার্থক্য হলে ভূত্বকে যে আলোড়ন ঘটে তাকে ভূআলোড়ন বলে। এ ভূআলোড়নের ফলেই ভূপৃষ্ঠের বেশিরভাগ পরিবর্তন হয়ে থাকে। বিভিন্ন ভূমিরূপ গঠনকারী শক্তির প্রভাবে ভূগর্ভে সর্বদা নানারূপ পরিবর্তন হচ্ছে। আগ্নেয়গিরির অগ্ন্যুৎপাত, ভূকম্পন, পৃথিবীর অভ্যন্তরের সংকোচন, ভূগর্ভের তাপ ও অন্যান্য প্রচণ্ড শক্তির ফলে ভূপৃষ্ঠে হঠাৎ যে পরিবর্তন সাধিত হয়, তাকে আকস্মিক পরিবর্তন বলে। এরূপ পরিবর্তন খুব বেশি স্থান জুড়ে হয় না। আকস্মিক পরিবর্তন সংঘটিত হয় প্রধানত ভূমিকম্প, সুনামি ও আগ্নেয়গিরি দ্বারা।

খ) ভূপৃষ্ঠের আকস্মিক পরিবর্তনের কারণঃ

পৃথিবীর কঠিন ভূত্বকের কোনো কোনো অংশ প্রাকৃতিক কোনো কারণে কখনো কখনো অল্প সময়ের জন্য হঠাৎ কেঁপে ওঠে। ভূত্বকের এরূপ আকস্মিক কম্পনকে ভূমিকম্প বলে। ভূকম্পন সাধারণত কয়েক সেকেন্ড স্থায়ী হয় আবার কখনো কিছু সময় পর পর অনুভূত হয়। এ কম্পন কখনো অত্যন্ত মৃদু আবার কখনো অত্যন্ত প্রচণ্ড হয়।

ভূমিকম্পের কারণঃ

পৃথিবীর উপরিভাগ কতকগুলো ফলক/প্লেট দ্বারা গঠিত। এই প্লেটসমূহের সঞ্চালন প্রধানত ভূমিকম্প ঘটিয়ে থাকে।

অগ্ন্যুৎপাতের ফলে প্লেটসমূহের উপর ভূকম্পন সৃষ্টি হয়।

১। শিলচ্যুতি বা শিলাতে ভঁজের সৃষ্টি : কোন কারণে ভূপৃষ্ঠের অভ্যন্তরে বড় ধরনের শিলাচ্যুতি ঘটলে বা শিলাতে ভঁজের সৃষ্টি হলে ভূমিকম্প হয়।

২। তাপ বিকিরণ : ভূত্বক তাপ বিকিরণ করে সংকুচিত হলে ফাটল ও ভঁজের সৃষ্টি হয়ে ভূমিকম্প হয়।

৩। ভূগর্ভস্থ বাম্প : পৃথিবীর অভ্যন্তরে অত্যধিক তাপের কারণে বাস্পের সৃষ্টি হয়। এই বাষ্প ভূত্বকের নিম্নভাগে ধাক্কা দেওয়ার ফলে প্রচণ্ড ভূকম্পন অনুভূত হয়।

৪। ভূগর্ভস্থ চাপের বৃদ্ধি বা হ্রাস : অনেক সময় ভূগর্ভে হঠাৎ চাপের হ্রাস বা বৃদ্ধি হলে তার প্রভাবে ভূমিকম্প হয়।

৫। হিমবাহের প্রভাব : হঠাৎ করে হিমবাহ পর্বতগাত্র থেকে নিচে পতিত হলে ভূপৃষ্ঠ কেঁপে ওঠে এবং ভূমিকম্প হয়।

সুনামি (Tsunami) একটি জাপানি শব্দ। জাপানি ভাষায় এর অর্থ হলো‘ পোতাশ্রয়ের ঢেউ। সুনামির পানির ঢেউ সমুদ্রের স্বাভাবিক ঢেউয়ের মতো নয়। এটা সাধারণ ঢেউয়ের চেয়ে অনেক বিশালাকৃতির। অতি দ্রুত ফুঁসে ফুলে ওঠা জোয়ারের মতো যা উপকূল ও পার্শ্ববর্তী এলাকায় জলোচ্ছাসের সৃষ্টি করে। সুনামির পানির ঢেউগুলো একের পর এক উঁচু হয়ে আসতেই থাকে তাই একে ঢেউয়ের রেলগাড়ি বা ‘ওয়েভ ট্রেন’ বলে। সুনামি হলো পানির এক মারাত্মক ঢেউ যা সমুদ্রের মধ্যে বা বিশাল হ্রদে ভূমিকম্প বা আগ্নেয়গিরির অগ্ন্যুৎপাতের কারণে সৃষ্টি হয়ে থাকে। পানির নিচে কোনো পারমাণবিক বা অন্য কোনো বিস্ফোরণ, ভূপাত ইত্যাদি কারণেও সুনামি হতে পারে। সুনামির ক্ষয়ক্ষতি সমুদ্র উপকূলীয় এলাকাগুলোতে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকলেও এর আশেপাশে সুনামির ধ্বংসাত্মক লীলা সংঘটিত হয়।

আগ্নেয়গিরিঃ

(১) ভূত্বকে দুর্বল স্থান বা ফাটল দিয়ে ভূঅভ্যন্তরের গলিত ম্যাগমা, ভস্ম, ধাতু প্রবলবেগে বের হয়ে অগ্ন্যুৎপাত ঘটায়।

(২) যখন ভূপৃষ্ঠের চাপ কমে যায় তখন ভূগর্ভের শিলাসমূহ স্থিতিস্থাপক অবস্থা থেকে তরল অবস্থায় পরিণত হয়। এতে শিলার আয়তন বৃদ্ধি পায়। ফলে তরল পদার্থ দুর্বল স্থান ভেদ করে প্রবলবেগে উৎক্ষিপ্ত হয়ে অগ্ন্যুৎপাতের সৃষ্টি করে।

(৩) কখনো কখনো ভূত্বকের ফাটল দিয়ে নদী-নালা, খাল-বিল এবং সমুদ্রের পানি ভূগর্ভে প্রবেশ করলে প্রচন্ড উত্তাপে বাষ্পীভূত হয়। ফলে আয়তন বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে ভূতৃক ফাটিয়ে দেয়। তখন ঐ ফাটলের ভিতর দিয়ে পানি, বাম্প, তপ্ত শিলা প্রভৃতি নির্গত হয়ে অগ্ন্যুৎপাত ঘটায়।

(৪) ভূগর্ভে নানা রাসায়নিক ক্রিয়া ও বিভিন্ন তেজস্ক্রিয় পদার্থের প্রভাবে প্রচুর তাপ বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে গ্যাসের সৃষ্টি হয়। তাতে ভূঅভ্যন্তরের চাপ বৃদ্ধি পায় এবং অগ্ন্যুৎপাত ঘটায়।

(৫) ভূআন্দোলনের সময় পার্শ্বচাপে ভূত্বকের দুর্বল অংশ ভেদ করে এ উত্তপ্ত তরল লাভা উপরে উখিত হয়। এভাবে

ভূআন্দোলনের ফলেও অগ্ন্যুৎপাত হয়।

গ)পৃথিবীর প্রধান ভূমিরূপের বৈশিষ্ট্যঃ

ভূপৃষ্ঠ সর্বত্র সমান নয়। এর আকৃতি, প্রকৃতি এবং গঠনগত বেশ কিছু পার্থক্য আছে। ভূমির এই আকৃতি ও গঠনগত বৈশিষ্ট্যকেই ভূমিরূপ বলে। ভূপৃষ্ঠের কোথাও রয়েছে উঁচু পর্বত, কোথাও সমতল, কোথাও পাহাড়, কোথাও মালভূমি। এছাড়া বিভিন্ন স্থানের উচ্চতা, বন্ধুরতা এবং ঢালের মধ্যে পার্থক্য রয়েছে। ভৌগোলিক দিক দিয়ে বিচার করলে পৃথিবীর সমগ্র ভূমিরূপকে তিনটি ভাগে ভাগ করা যায়। এগুলো হলো- (১) পর্বত, (২) মালভূমি, (৩) সমভূমি।

পর্বতঃ সমুদ্রতল থেকে অন্তত ১,০০০ মিটারের বেশি উঁচু সুবিস্তৃত ও খাড়া ঢালবিশিষ্ট শিলাস্তুপকে পর্বত বলে। সাধারণত ৬০০ থেকে ১,০০০ মিটার উঁচু অল্প বিস্তৃত শিলাস্তৃপকে পাহাড় বলে। পর্বতের উচ্চতা সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে কয়েক হাজার মিটার হতে পারে। পর্বতের ভূপ্রকৃতি বন্ধুর, ঢাল খুব খাড়া এবং সাধারণত চূড়াবিশিষ্ট হয়। কোনো কোনো পর্বত বিচ্ছিন্নভাবে অবস্থান করে। যেমন- পূর্ব আফ্রিকার কিলিমানজারে। আবার কিছু পর্বত অনেকগুলো পৃথক শৃঙ্গসহ ব্যাপক এলাকা জুড়ে অবস্থান করে। যেমন- হিমালয় পর্বতমালা।

পর্বতের প্রকারভেদঃ

বৈশিষ্ট্য ও গঠনপ্রকৃতির ভিত্তিতে পর্বত প্রধানত চার প্রকার। যথা

(ক) ভঙ্গিল পর্বত (Fold Mountains)

(খ) আগ্নেয় পর্বত (Volcanic Mountains)

(গ) ছাতি-সুপ পর্বত (Fault-block Mountains)

(ঘ) ল্যাকোলিথ পর্বত (Dome/LaccolithMountains)

পর্বত থেকে নিচু কিন্তু সমভূমি থেকে উঁচু খাড়া ঢালযুক্ত | ঢেউ খেলানো বিস্তীর্ণ সমতলভূমিকে মালভূমি বলে । মালভূমির উচ্চতা শত মিটার থেকে কয়েক হাজার মিটার পর্যন্ত হতে পারে। পৃথিবীর বৃহত্তম মালভূমির উচ্চতা ৪,২৭০ থেকে ৫,১৯০ মিটার।

অবস্থানের ভিত্তিতে মালভূমি তিন ধরনের। যথা-

(ক) পর্বতমধ্যবর্তী মালভূমি (Intermontane Plateau),

(খ) পাদদেশীয় মালভূমি (Piedmont Plateau) ও

(গ) মহাদেশীয় মালভূমি (Continental Plateau)।

(ক) পর্বতমধ্যবর্তী মালভূমি : এই মালভূমি পর্বতবেষ্টিত থাকে। তিব্বত মালভূমি একটি পর্বতমধ্যবর্তী মালভূমি যার উত্তরে কুনলুন ও দক্ষিণে হিমালয় পর্বত এবং পূর্ব-পশ্চিমেও পর্বত ঘিরে আছে। দক্ষিণ আমেরিকার বলিভিয়া, মধ্য আমেরিকার মেক্সিকো এবং এশিয়ার মঙ্গোলিয়া ও তারিম এ ধরনের মালভূমি ।

(খ) পাদদেশীয় মালভূমি : উচ্চ পর্বত ক্ষয়প্রাপ্ত হয়ে এর পাদদেশে তলানি জমে যে মালভূমির সৃষ্টি হয় তাকে পাদদেশীয় মালভূমি বলে। উত্তর আমেরিকার কলোরাডো এবং দক্ষিণ আমেরিকার পাতাগোনিয়া পাদদেশীয় মালভূমি।

(গ) মহাদেশীয় মালভূমি : সাগর বা নিমভূমি পরিবেষ্টিত বিস্তীর্ণ উচ্চভূমিকে মহাদেশীয় মালভূমি বলে। এ ধরনের মালভূমির সঙ্গে পর্বতের কোনো সংযোগ থাকে না। স্পেন, অস্ট্রেলিয়া, সৌদি আরব, গ্রিনল্যান্ড, এন্টার্কটিকা এবং ভারতীয় উপদ্বীপ এর অন্যতম উদাহরণ।

সমুদ্রপৃষ্ঠ থেকে অল্প উঁচু মৃদু ঢালবিশিষ্ট সুবিস্তৃত ভূমিকে সমভূমি বলে। বিভিন্ন ভূপ্রাকৃতিক প্রক্রিয়া যেমন- নদী, হিমবাহ ও বায়ুর ক্ষয় ও সঞ্চয়ক্রিয়ার ফলে সমভূমির সৃষ্টি হয়। মৃদু ঢাল ও স্বল্প বন্ধুরতার জন্য সমভূমি কৃষিকাজ, বসবাস, রাস্তাঘাট নির্মাণের জন্য খুবই উপযোগী। তাই সমভূমিতে সবচেয়ে ঘন জনবসতি গড়ে উঠেছে। উৎপত্তির ধরনের ভিত্তিতে সমভূমিকে প্রধানত দুই ভাগে ভাগ করা যায় যেমন- ক্ষয়জাত সমভূমি ও সঞ্চয়জাত সমভূমি।

ক্ষয়জাত সমভূমি: বিভিন্ন প্রাকৃতিক শক্তির যেমন- নদীপ্রবাহ, বায়ুপ্রবাহ এবং হিমবাহের ক্ষয়ক্রিয়ার ফলে কোন উচ্চভূমি ক্ষয়প্রাপ্ত হয়ে ক্ষয়জাত সমভূমির সৃষ্টি হয়। অ্যাপালেশিয়ান পাদদেশীয় সমভূমি, ইউরোপের ফিনল্যান্ড ও সাইবেরিয়া সমভূমি এ ধরনের ক্ষয়জাত সমভূমি। বাংলাদেশের মধুপুরের চত্বর ও বরেন্দ্রভূমি দুটি ক্ষয়জাত সমভূমির উদাহরণ।

সঞ্চয়জাত সমভূমি: নদী, হিমবাহ, বায়ুপ্রবাহ প্রভৃতি প্রাকৃতিক শক্তি দ্বারা পলি, বালুকণা, ধূলিকণা কোন নিম অঞ্চলে সঞ্চিত হয়ে কালক্রমে যে সমভূমি সৃষ্টি হয় তাকে সঞ্চয়জাত সমভূমি বলে। এ ধরনের সঞ্চয়জাত সমভূমি পার্বত্য অঞ্চল থেকে শুরু করে সমুদ্র উপকূল পর্যন্ত যে কোন অবস্থানে সৃষ্টি হতে পারে। যেমন- নদীর পলি অবক্ষেপণের মাধ্যমে সৃষ্ট প্লাবন সমভূমি, নদীর মোহনার কাছাকাছি এসে নদী সঞ্চয়ের মাধ্যমে সৃষ্ট ব-দ্বীপ, শীতপ্রধান এলাকায় হিমবাহের গ্রাবরেখা দ্বারা সঞ্চয়কৃত পলি থেকে গড়ে ওঠা হিমবাহ সমভূমি।

SSC Assignment 2021 PDF Download: Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education releases the SSC 2021 Assignment Question on dshe.gov.bd official website in pdf file format.

On 18th July, 2021 The Government of Bangladesh is published a notice for Class 10 students Evaluation Process of SSC Exam 2021. According to the notice, they will be evaluated based on MCQ tests, assignment marks, and JSC results and this was decided by the Bangladeshi government.

To Complete the Assignment Process, DSHE will publish a total of 24 Assignment for 12 Weeks. The students of class 10 must need to complete the assignments posted in the official website assignments section every week.

They have published 1st, 2nd and 3rd Week Assignment for Class 10 on 18th July, 2021. The 4th Weekly Assignment Question will be published as a PDF file by DSHE on August 9th, 2021.

SSC Assignment 2021

The Directorate of Secondary Education publishes each week’s assignments in PDF files on their website- dshe.gov.bd. The SSC assignment 2021 in pdf file is also available here. When schools closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the decision to evaluating candidates on SSC Candidates 2021 was made. They will be evaluated on the basis of assignment, mcq test and JSC result.

Due to the government’s concern that more students may catch the disease and also because the government wants to prevent further spreading of the disease, all students will be graded based on SSC Assignment 2021.

Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education issued urgent instructions for both the teachers and the students, encouraging them to take part in the upcoming week’s Assignment. The document makes it clear that all parties, particularly students, teachers, parents, and other educational institutions, should follow the guidelines to avoid unpleasant and unwanted situations.

On the 18th of July, samples of the SSC assignment 2021 were made available to the public, marking the beginning of the first phase of the assignments that the students would be required to complete. Moreover, instructions and guidelines have also been published regarding these assignment on the same day.

SSC Assignment 2021 PDF File

There will be a total of 24 assignments that the students will be expected to complete. These assignments will be based on the subjects of the respective groups that the students have chosen for themselves, as well as the students’ own interests. Students will only have to complete for two assignment per week in order to avoid adding to their workload, and they will only have 12 weeks to complete all 24 SSC assignments in 2021.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education has issued guidelines for the SSC assignment 2021, which include rules and regulations for accepting, distributing, and evaluating these 24 assignments. The guidelines are available here. Those who do not adhere to the rules and regulations will be barred from taking the assignment, which will have a negative impact on their overall performance.

Consequently, students are encouraged to work hard and submit their completed assignments on or before the due date. In a similar vein, teachers are asked to provide students with any relevant materials or instructions that will assist them in preparing for the SSC assignment 2021.

The routine for Class 10 Assignment 2021 has also been published and can be viewed by members of the public who are interested. Physics, biology, economics, banking, finance, business entrepreneurship, and Bangladesh history and world civilization are the subjects covered in the first week’s assignments. Physics, biology, economics, banking, finance, business entrepreneurship, and Bangladesh history and world civilization follow in the second week. Chemistry, physics, accounting, business entrepreneurship, world civilization, geography and the environment, and Bangladesh history are among the subjects covered in the second week’s assignments.

Students will be expected to complete six assignments in each group-based subject, with the exception of the fourth subject, in order to pass the course. As an added bonus, students are not required to write and complete assignments for their optional subjects.

SSC 2021 Assignment PDF Download

The activities for the SSC 2021 Assignment began on the 18th of July. Candidates for the SSC exam in 2021 will be given a total of 24 assignments. This assignment will last for a total of 12 weeks. Every week, students will be assigned two assignments to complete. Assignments will be given not on all subjects, but on three subjects that are grouped together. These assignments will be made available in accordance with the short syllabus that has already been made available.

Neither compulsory nor fourth subjects such as Bangla or English nor mathematics nor social sciences nor Agricultural Studies or General Science nor Religious or Moral Education will be assigned any projects. Results will be prepared for those subjects that have been identified as mapping from the JSC outcome. Only three elective subjects will be evaluated through the use of an Assignment and a multiple-choice test.

Students will be required to complete two assignments per week on three subjects that will be assigned to them in groups. Students will be required to complete a total of 24 assignments. The students must complete a total of eight assignments in each elective subject they choose. The short syllabus that was previously published will be completed through this assignment.

The SSC Assignment Program will prepare students for the SSC Exam 2021 through this 2021 SSC Exam Assignment. Students of Class 10 will receive the SSC 2021 assignment. DSHE will give assignment for Three elective subjects (i.e. science, humanities, and business studies) have been chosen for each group Compulsory and fourth-subject assignments will not be provided.

How to Download SSC Assignment 2021

Class 10 students have until the end of the current assignment week to submit their assignment answers to receive a marks. Assignment information will be provided to students each week, through the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education’s Assignment Website. To download the SSC Assignment 2021 Question, follow the steps provided below, making sure to avoid making any mistakes.
